Mortgage made easy

As customers we like to be able to apply for mortgage online to get the best rate for the program we choice. Up to recently, we are only able to apply mortgage online, and once approved, there are more and more 'real' paperworks to deal with from beginning to the end of the closing. But not anymore, because with eMortgage software, borrowers can go through the whole process of mortgage from start to finish all using electronic medium, including receiving electronic disclosures known as eDisclosures. This technology uses SMARTDocs, where by all the loan documents are queried, audited, executed, transferred, and archived entirely in the electronic medium. This system helps to make mortgage easier and can be processed in less time.
