Home Made Beef Burgers

Made the PREMIUM beef burgers from our stock of burger patties for dinner last weekend. Bought some "premium" (w/ lots of sesame seeds) burger buns (6 in a pack) to go with our chopped beef steak patties. Not missing the lettuce and tomato of course.

We used the George Foreman's personal grill to cook the patties. Can only fit one uncooked patty at a time as the grill is small and the patty is big. We made 4 patties, 2 for hubby's dinner, 1 for my dinner and 1 for my next day's lunch. As for the buns, we spread butter and toasted them in the oven. Then for my burger, I didn't add any other condiments except the lettuce and a big piece of tomato. The final result ... yummy burgers. The patties really taste delicious ... has the fresh and beefy taste to it.

I have one of those grills too. Had it since college..quite handy especially when cooking for 1-2.
