Old bathrooms

Our house has two bathrooms, one full bath with the tub, and one 3/4 bath that has a shower stall. The 3/4 bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. Both bathrooms fixtures are the original from the builder. We put on new coats of paint on the walls to make the bathroom looks nicer.

Next we are looking to purchase new fixtures, a new faucet and a contemporary bathroom lighting, they are easy to fix by ourselves. We will not be changing the tub, the tiles around the shower or the flooring as it is much more work and we are not professionally trained to do those. May be we will hire some handy man to get the whole bathroom remodeled, if we have enough money.
