I've been munching a lot of junks lately due to my laziness to prepare a decent meal. Also because my meal time is not always at the same time. I eat only when my son is taking his afternoon nap. It could be at 12pm or at 2pm. I wallop anything from cake, cookies, chocolates, chips, peanuts, ... those are my lunch. This morning I stood at the scale and saw a few extra pounds. Gee … I better start watching what I eat using the calorie counter. Or else people might think that I am pregnant with my second one.
