An elderly neighbor was backing his car from his garage and he knocked down my MIL's fence. He didn't even notice that and drove away without acknowledging the accident. My SIL saw the whole incident and told FIL. They approached the neighbor's wife and she was furious about the whole incident.
The fence is now broken and we were waiting for repairs. The worse thing was, FIL has to go around to get quote to fix the fence. I recommended him to try Fencing Massachusetts to get an estimate so he can compared with others that he will be calling.
