I used to go out a lot meeting with my clients. I go everywhere, their offices, their homes, meeting at the coffee houses, restaurants and sometimes by the park. Since I do real estate business, a lot of times I have to bring my laptop with me so I can access to my documents or show my clients active listings online.
There were a few times I wished I had a portable scanner with me because I needed to make copies of some documents (driving ID, checks) from my clients. If I had the portable scanner then, I can scan the documents into my laptop and then I could easily email it to the other party. When I do get back actively in my real estate business, I will definitely buy a small, lightweight, color with USB 2.0 connection portable scanner.
