purejuice: sure no problem. i couldn't find the cranberry beans here or else I can do a photo blog for this recipe.
Ingredients: Lotus roots, cranberry beans, seedless red dates, dried sotong (or dried scallops) and of course pork loin.
1. Heat up the slow cooker with a little bit of water. 2. Boil a pot of water and boil off the pork loin to clean. Take out pork loin and wash it clean with COLD water. 3. Boil another pot of water, wait till boil and put in all the ingredients. 4. I usually boil for another 10 mins and then pour the whole pot of soup into the slow cooker and let it cook for about 2-3hrs. At end, add salt to taste.
