Tony's Fish Market

Here we go to Tony's Fish Market by the ocean for lunch on Saturday. We arrived shortly before 12pm, after we went to Little Company of Mary, Torrance to register for the Pre-Admission. This restaurant is located on the Redondo Beach Pier. It started off as a Fish Market by Anthony Trutanich around the early 1950s. The style of the restaurant today has not much changes since then. It is considered as a landmark on the pier.

Usually, we would go for lunch as their lunch menu is slightly lower in price than the dinner menu. I ordered the Light Breaded Red Pacific Snapper and for DH, he got the Calamari Steak, Abalone Style Almondine. Both came with soup/salad, a side dish of rice pilaf, french fries, tomato or linguine with clam sauce. DH always have the Clam Chowder soup and I always order the salad with house dressing (I think is Honey Mustard Dressing) on the side. As for the side, their french fries are the best. DH always get the french fries while I get the rice pilaf.

Here are picture of our delicious seafood lunch.
