Down go the PR

This blog of mine used to have PR4 but since the most recent reranking, it has dropped to PR3. I am glad that it is still staying at PR3 because I remembered my LA My Home blog once had dropped from PR3 to PR0. That was an unbelievable drop but was not something in my control. Fortunately, now that blog and my shopping blog, both had also went up to PR2.

There'll be more posts in all my blogs now as I will have to crank them up since I have to write more 'cari makan' and 'wan sek' posts. So stay tune ya! =)

Not much blogspot opps

For the past few days I've seen much lesser PPP opportunities available to blogpost community. Most of the posts I've done over the weekend were meant for my own domain. Well, at least I can take a break from blogging for a little while. Need to give my brain a little rest too.

Blown up mushroom

Remember I posted this here? The next day I went outside and saw them changed shape. They caps were blown up. They got bigger too. The day after that, they got even BIGGER with their caps became wider and flatter, no more looking like a button mushroom.

I wanted to see how big they would grow but Hubby 'cabut' (pull) them out yesterday evening without me knowing. This morning I went outside and was surprised to see all the mushrooms were gone. First thought that came to my mind was - the cat ate them?

When is the next PR update?

It has been a long time since the PR update on this blog. I am waiting for it to come around as I have a few other new own domain blogs that I need their PRs to be higher than the current PR status which is a BIG FAT ZERO.

I've noticed my LA MY HOME blog has dropped in PR from 3 to 0 sometimes in beginning of Aug. It seemed my cousin's blog got updated a few weeks back too from 0 to PR1. I am speculating that Google is not doing the PR update on all sites in one time. It is a rolling process which I believe. Hopefully it will be soon so my other two blogs will get a ranking.

Now is time to date

My friend, Mr. B has been single all his life. He has retired from his very demanding job a few years back and now are doing part time. When he was working, he hardly had any leisure time to social besides his with his co-workers. Now that his has more time to himself, he is for looking out for someone to spend time with. He joined group that does senior match.

I've brought up the suggestion to look for online senior dating site. Then one day he came to me and told me he found Dating for Seniors. He signed up and is now on the look for that someone. It is free to join and he was able to browse the pictures before he signed up.

Well, hope one day he will find the perfect someone he's been looking for all these years.

Facebook

Facebook is so fun. I enjoy being a part of Facebook community rather than Friendster. I have been using frienster for years but it wasn't too exciting. At Facebook, we can send each other gifts, adopt pets, poke people, send flowers as gift, treat friends a round of sex on the beach, have aquarium so friends can send you fish, have a garden where friends can send you flowers and much more. I still need to find time to explore the many possibilities with Facebook. At this time I am trying to add more friends to my list. The more friends the better.

Three posts per day at PPP

Just received the notification today. PPP is allowing posties to post 3 opportunities per day from their marketplace section. This is good news for many as currently posties can only post 2 opps daily. So with this new rules, we can earn MORE!!

But I won't be able to post the max as I can't come with so many interim posts per day. Good for those who have 1 blog, like my Hubby, my sister and my cousin.

The 6th Anniversary

That's too quick. It has been 6 years since that day. I still remember vividly that morning, my hubby called me from work and woke me up. He told me to turn on the TV. I was shocked to see what was on, I didn't realize that it was the twin towers as only 1 building was still standing and burning. Moments later, that whole tower came down, LIVE ON TV. I was still shocked and not sure was that a movie or the real thing.

I would like to take this moment to remember and pray for those whom lost their lives in this tragedy. ... ... ... ...

Updating Template

Blog is under construction!!!

Sorry for the interruption. My template was very boring. Had it for 2 years. It's time for a change.

Found a nice template from Wordpress (with link tabs from the top), MistyLook, ported to Blogger Template by Blogcrowds. Was able to personalized the header image too. That is done! See the above.

Now I am just trying to place back all the links on the sidebar. Will skim through some none working sites and remove them. Hopefully will get done by this weekend. Thank you for your patience.

When I am at PPP, I always see opps that are not eligible to my account. They require blogs with PR5 or higher. This humble blog of mine has a PR 4 and my other blog has fell from 3 to 0. I wonder how many blogs out there has PR 5 and above. I've seen some opps requiring PR 6. No wonder the opps always there, may be not too many people has taken them.

Invest elsewhere

Remember I was talking about investing, but due to the fact property prices are too high in LA, we are speculating to property out of state or may be property abroad as well. I think investing in real estate always a smart choice. But locally is too expensive. I was checking out property prices at Sun & Ski Homes just to do a quick research, and for the price I will be paying for 1 home in LA, I can use the same amount of money and invest in 5 or more properties in Italy. That's how big different it is.

Yellowstone trip

MIL signed up for a 6 days trip to Yellowstone. She, FIL and her sister from Macau will be leaving next Friday. They will be travelling on bus and visiting several cities before arriving at Yellowstone.

The travel agent offers buy 2 tickets and get the 3rd ticket for free. The 3rd person will be sharing the room together. So it is just right for the three of them. One ticket for $399, so they paid $798 for the trip. Meals are not included except when they are staying at The Hilton Hotel that comes with free continental breakfast. MIL told me that the will be several nights at different Hilton hotels.

How I wish I can join them. But no chance if my Hubby is not coming along.

Another NEW blog

Yes, I have indeed started another blog about the things I owned and bought. Well, the reason is because I wanted to grab more opps from PPP and there are not many opps available to blogspot domains. I will still update here and my LA My Home blog occassionally too. I think I will change this blog for me to vent, rant and to yeeyeengamngam (complaint). If you have time, please visit my new blog. Organizing this blog

I am reorganizing this blog. Already changed the title. This blog is going to be a place where I share about the things my family buys and has - like a shopping blog. Will be moving my personal stuff to my new domain. Also slowly moving all older posts related to personal and family stories to my new home. Watch your step when you are visiting there, because it is still under construction. Haven't completed the look yet.

New Domain

I'll be moving my personal blog to a new domain. This blog will still remain here but I think I will blog about the things in my life plus writting for extra income here. Need to categorized my blogs. HA HA ... ya I know I have like 4 blogs now, 1 for LA, 1 for my son, 1 for things and the new 1 for my personal, not counting all the other blogs I still own but rarely actively post. Will annouce my new blog once the template is organized. Thanks for your support. =)

Have you read Kennysia.com?

I've started visiting his site just about a month ago, through my brother's blog. My brother has listed Kenny Sia under his Fun Reading links. That night, I was kinda bored and I thought I would drop by the links to check out. I've heard about Kenny Sia a few times, but I didn't remember where I saw his name before. So his name was the most familiar to me, and I clicked on that. That was the beginning fun journey for me.

I really enjoy readings his articles, with pictures most of the times. His trip to Egypt, his first KK mountain hiking experience, and now the latests his coming up journey to Jakarta. His posts always put a smile to my face everytime (almost) I finish reading. Also between his posts, he has short talks which I find interesting too.

So when you have a little time and need some cheering up to your stressed mind, drop by his journal, I am sure you will enjoy them.

Paid Postings

You'll be seeing some paid postings in this blog beginning now. Just to clarify, I will be very selective on what opportunities to post here as I am still trying to preserve this blog for my sharing my personal life and stories.

But as for the postings in my other blog ... well ... I am not going to lie, it is mainly for making money. So it may be influenced by the compensation I received.

By including paid postings here, I will eventually have to write/post more stories in this blog too. Actually this is another reason why I've included this blog for PPP as well.

Very boring lately

Guess you readers are finding my blog very boring lately. Sorry about that. On top of the boringness of my blog, you will soon find some pay postings in here as well. It has been so addictive doing all the pay per post. I am so money minded that I am including this blog for the PPP, but I've yet to know how many postings I will be able to grab.

I always have so much that I thought about and wanted to write but sometimes, I am busy and since I am very forgetful, I don't remember what I wanted to write when I am sitting in front of the computer again. *sigh*

Also, sometimes I find ideas about what to post, then I posted in my other blog instead of here. So do visit my other blogs, they do have some interesting posts at times. I need to do more postings over there as each PPP posting needs a non-PPP posting in between.
