Family Friend Food & Fun: Disneyland on Nov 4th

We visited Anaheim Disneyland and California Adventure Park on Saturday. SIL (she has annual pass), FIL, Hubby, Me, Brandon and a friend of mine whom works for Disney brought us in for free. Left home around 9am and then picked up our friend and arrived at Disneyland around 940am. SIL and FIL drove another car and met us at the entrance. Had to wake Brandon up from his nap in the car when we arrived. He is a very light sleeper and will not go back to sleep if he wakes up.

WooYoh ... there were so many people (a lot of families with strollers). Luckily, we didn't have to wait long to go through the entrance. Immediately after the entrance, we took a picture of Brandon inside Disneyland (see below). We walked to Pirate of the Caribbean ride. They had just remodelled the ride and added Jack Sparrow character into it. Have to see it since we like the movie so much. It is a fun ride anyway. Wanted to bring Brandon on the ride with us. As I was trying to find out if baby can take this ride, Grandpa said he would take care of Brandon. Grandpa didn't want to take the ride. So we went in, just the four of us. The line was moving really fast. Got on the ride in less than 10 mins. Came out and looked for Baby Brandon. Grandpa said Brandon liked to play with the balloon on another stroller and he wanted to know where to buy it. Wah Grandpa so sayang Brandon.

The day was getting warmer. Next, we took Brandon on the Pooh Bear ride (no picture). Then walked around at the stores around that area. Grandpa was still looking for balloon to purchase for Brandon but none there. Then we left to walk around. I realized Brandon was tired so I lowered down his stroller and let him rest and he fell asleep (see pictures). Hubby and friend went to take Space Mountain, SIL and FIL went to main street to find balloon while I waited for them. It was almost 45 minutes later when Hubby and friend finished their ride. We went for pizza after that. Brandon woke up when they were lining up to get the pizza. I fed him his lunch - rice cereal. Then I ate mine. By then it was around 1230pm. After lunch, 4 of us (Hubby, Friend, Brandon and I) went to ride on Buzz Lightyear. Hubby and Brandon on one car while me and friend on another. It was easier for me to take picture of Brandon if I was in the car in front of them. It was a really fun ride with interactice game (shoot and score). At the end of the ride, you can email a picture of yourself to yourself for free.

That was our last ride in Disneyland. We left for California Adventure after that. Didn't take any ride there at all, FIL wasn't interested. So we just walked around as it was FIL first time in that new park. Brandon had his second nap when we were walking around CA Adventure Park. We left around 330pm and arrived home 4pm. It was a tired day for all of us.

*Brandon was nicely dressed for Disneyland: double onesies, long pants, socks, shoes and bib. Slowly, we took off his clothings. First his shoes, because it kept falling off when we picked him up from his stroller. Next we took of his pants because it was getting hotter. And finally, we removed his socks. It was really hot that day. Didn't expect it to be in the high 80s.
