Rosy with the Thompson Family

Rosy has been adopted since Monday. I think everything is good with her and her new family. There are no phone calls from them or the founder asking me to foster Rosy again. So that is good news.

The Thompson family came by on Monday, July 4th (Independence's Day) to see Rosy. They have a dog name Roxy which they adopted from the shelter three months ago. She is a Schnauzer mix also. The family includeds the husband and wife and two sons. They need another dog for their other son. They spent quite a long time here with Rosy and having Roxy playing with Rosy. Roxy is at least twice heavier and bigger than Rosy but seems like Rosy will be taking charge. Roxy always want to play but not Rosy.

So now, I have much time to my own as I do not need to walk the dog anymore in the morning and afternoon routine. I am enjoying myself and back to my business. One of my client is planning to sell sometimes this month, but we will not comfirm until he is set on the listing dates. The property is in Glendale, same building as the last two units I sold. Hopefully through this listings, I will be able to gain more clients from the building/complex.
